The competitions are all "mixed" meets, with 5ft and 10ft gates. If you have previously earned a "pro" card or competed at a national level event as an open class competitor, then you will be allowed to compete, but on the 5ft gates. All others are able to register to compete on the 10ft gates. Unless otherwise noted prior to the event, there are 3 competition courses that will be run: Distance, Speed and Zone Accuracy. IPC competition rules will be used as well as the IPC rules for exit weight (and allowed extra weight). As of right now, the new 2010 IPC rules haven't been released yet. There is a change (again) in the scoring of Zone Accuracy. The scoring of Speed has changed as well, but that will be less immediate to the jumper.
